Possession of Plots in Blue World City:

Initially, the information was shared by the management of BWC that the ballot will be carried out in January 2020. The ballot for General Block has already been accomplished.

The ownership of the plots was planned to be announced in December 2020. For the voting of the plots, the e-balloting is decided to be used to make the process transparent.

Those investors, who have already submitted the 90% payment will be able to take part in the balloting. However, there is a piece of good news that you could still become part of balloting by paying a 50% upfront price.

Possession of the plots of phase 1 in the society is expected to be given after 3 years, unlike CDA sectors such as B-17 and ICHS Town which are offering the possession right away.

The possession in Blue World will be granted after the development work is completed in this block, however, this given timeframe is not confirmed and can get extended due to factors involving such as late development, NOC, or natural causes.
